Carmen Reynolds is the Director of Leadership Development at Honeywell. In this role, Carmen coordinates several of the global, enterprise-wide leadership development programs for the organization.  These efforts will result in 15 nomination program offerings as well as nearly 50 offerings of our basic leadership program, the Leadership Skills Workshop. Her work managing regional resources for Honeywell created an opportunity for global travel to amazing places like Russia, China, Turkey and Singapore, to name a few.  She continues to travel yearly in support of leadership development in Honeywell’s High Growth Regions. Carmen brings a variety of leadership and management experience to Honeywell through her work in Education, Public Relations, Marketing and Sales roles.
