DJ Jaeger

DJ Jaeger is a senior learning leader who drives cross-functional training initiatives that support business transformation, adoption, and growth. She brings more than a decade of experience leading global teams and aligning diverse stakeholders to deliver training at scale across industries including SaaS, fintech, higher education, and retail.

Known for building trust across global functions, DJ specializes in leading people, navigating change, and creating buy-in around complex initiatives. She currently leads customer education and technical training at Akamai Technologies, teaches instructional design at Portland State University, and serves as director of professional development for her local ATD chapter. DJ also co-chairs the Corporate Learning Engineering working group and frequently speaks at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
