Jim Robinson is an author and consultant. He served as Chairman of Partners in Change, Inc. for 25 years.  Jim was vice president at Development Dimensions International and chief architect of their most successful program, Interaction Management. With Dana Robinson, Jim has co-authored seven books, including a book with Ken Blanchard entitled Zap the Gaps! The Robinson's books have been translated into 20 languages. They have now co-authored the third edition of Performance Consulting,  with Jack and Patti Phillips and Dick Handshaw. Jim and Dana were presented with the Distinguished Contribution Award for Workplace Learning and Performance by ATD and the Thought Leadership Award by ISA. In 2013 ISPI presented Jim and Dana with the Thomas Gilbert Award for Distinguished Professional Achievement.
