Jonathan Smith joined BB&T University, the bank's learning and development organization, in 2010, and is a charter member of the university's Performance Architecture team. Including his role at BB&T, Jonathan has more than ten years of human performance improvement experience. His professional portfolio includes consulting clients such as Whirlpool, Genentech, Toyota, and Kraft Foods. Jonathan holds an MBA from Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management. He received a BA in film and digital media from Baylor University in 2003.
