Kelly Gonter has worked in the field of Human Resource Development for over 18 years. She has experience in organizational development, training development, career development, project management, and operations management. Currently, Kelly is a UPS manager responsible for a team of design professionals and manages training design and development for UPS’s Corporate Leadership and Talent Development department. Kelly possesses a Master of Science degree in Instructional Systems Design as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development both from Georgia State University.
