Leanna Lawter, PhD, is an associate professor at Sacred Heart University, where she teaches human resources in the graduate program and entrepreneurship in the undergraduate program. She is also the principle at Blue Marble Analytics, which specializes in using proven data-mining techniques to develop knowledge-based human resource solutions to managing human capital needs. Her research focuses on the impact of human resource practices on work attitudes and performance, as well as increasing ethical decision making among employees.
