She currently designs, develops, and executes blended learning programs for Booz Allen’s business development curriculum. Additionally, she facilitates courses in the firm’s award-winning onboarding program and business development curriculum. Ms. Gusmati is dedicated to helping her clients improve the bottom line through “just-in-time, just enough” blended learning solutions through all stages of ADDIE. She is a firm believer in designing training with the end in mind – ensuring that learning objectives and interventions are directly connected to measurable performance goals. Ms. Gusmati holds an MBA from The George Washington University as well as Human Capital Strategist and Kirkpatrick Business Partnership certifications.
