Raven Reddoch (they/them) has been working in instructional design for more than 10 years and serves as the learning experience design manager at the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch, developing training for 911 dispatchers for seven years. They came to learning experience design through a science background, earning a BS in chemical engineering before earning a master’s degree in instructional design. Reddoch leads a small team of learning experience designers who have cultivated a philosophy of creating streamlined, simulation-heavy lessons that have been well received by learners and training supervisors across the US and internationally.
