Sara Loncka

Sara Loncka is Experience Institute’s CEO. She has spent two decades helping people harness the power of storytelling to learn, grow, and lead. She’s led the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs, co-launched a luxury fashion brand, and trained tech leaders in using stories to drive impact. An actor by training, Sara has spoken at SXSW, Culture Summit, and multiple C-suite offsites. She spends her free time writing plays, driven by her belief that great stories shape how we connect, work, and grow.
