Sarah has been a Research Specialist on Accenture’s Capability Development Strategy Team for the past two years, and spent several years before that working with Accenture Performance Measurement. She has more than 10 years of experience with research, measurement strategy, benchmarking and survey design and analysis in the Training and Talent Development Industry. Sarah has a BA in Social Science from Shimer College and is in the process of completing a Master’s in Social Science at the University of Chicago.
