Subramanian S. Kalpathi (Subbu) is a Millennial. He is a senior consultant at HR consulting firm People Business. He has worked with a range of clients across sectors, in the areas of employee engagement, employer branding, learning and development, and talent management. He holds a degree in computer engineering from SIES GST and an MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, where he is also visiting faculty. The Millennials: Exploring The World of the Largest Living Generation is his first book.
