Tonya Tucker-Collins

Tonya Tucker Collins focuses on the intersection of employee engagement, talent development, talent management, and equity. She designs talent experiences to help people reach their full potential. As a former executive, Tonya has led Safeway, PG&E, Kaiser Permanente, AAA, and Twitch/Amazon teams. She was also the global head of diversity and inclusion at Zscaler before becoming a founder.
