(Alexandria, VA) March 29, 2022—The Association for Talent Development, in partnership with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), is hosting the Preparing for the Future: The New Era of Talent Development micro-conference on the themes and lessons that have emerged as priorities for organizations since the start of the pandemic.

The April 28 one-day virtual event qualifies for continuing professional development hours and will equip TD and HR professionals with best practices and strategies to reskill and upskill talent for the future of work; prioritize employee engagement, well-being and mental health; and build a future-ready workforce.

“HR and talent professionals will walk away with tangible tools, comprehensive strategies and applicable practices to develop a future-ready, inclusive and motivated workforce that is centered on employee wellness and retention,” according to Kris Tierney, vice president, Human Resources and Learning at HRPA.

Along with strategies to upskill talent for the future, talent development experts will discuss how workforce diversity, retention and business growth are tied together and how to shape the future of employee experiences and re-imagine employee engagement.
