Learning & Development Trends in India, 2012 is a collaborative study between American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) to examine trends in learning and development in India. The two groups utilized research tools based on the annual ASTD State of the Industry Report to study the results of 41 organizations that completed the survey conducted in 2012.
