She has a record of 4200+ coaching hours working with executives and leaders in Egypt and around the world. Rania is a faculty member of the LCE Coaching Academy. She also designed and leads the ICF accredited Certified Positive Psychology Coaching program (CPPC) and the Team & Group Facilitation Program (TGFP).Rania is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) as well as a Certified Applied Psychology Practitioner (CAPP).
