There are a few options for lodging at a discounted rate in Alexandria. However, ATD has not secured a room block, so reservations are based on availability. Please contact the hotel directly for reservations, and be sure to mention that you would like the "ATD Rate."

Participants will need to book their own hotel and find parking, if applicable. Some training facilities offer vouchers for parking. If this is the case, you will be directly notified in an informational email.

This program is conducted in the WebEx Training Center platform with a toll-free teleconference or Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) option for the audio component. Special software is not required. You only need a standard web browser and telephone or VoIP capability to participate.
After registering, you will receive a WebEx online sign-in, teleconference dial-in details, and instructions via email. Although they take place online, these programs are highly interactive, with features and tools such as “raise your hand,” polling, live chat, and break-out rooms. All sessions are recorded, so if you miss a session, you can watch the recording at a later time before the program ends. Certificate programs have attendance requirements. Please see the Credits & Attendance section on the program description page for more details.
Note: Participants located outside the U.S. and Canada will dial a toll phone number or use free VoIP through their computer to access the program. They should check with their phone carrier to determine rates for calls to the U.S. if using a telephone.

This one-and-a-half-day ATD event takes place at the ATD Headquarters at 1640 King St. Ste 400 Alexandria, VA 22314 on Thursday March 15, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, March 16 from 8:30 a.m. 12:15 p.m. Coffee, pastries and lunch will be served on Day 1 and coffee and pastries will be served on Day 2.
