Aaron Horwath
Since early in his career, Aaron Horwath has served in senior and leadership roles helping to shape the learning strategies of global companies around the world. He currently serves as head of learning at Creative Force, a provider of e-commerce content creation software, in charge of setting the strategy and managing the development of its customer learning experience. Prior to Creative Force, Horwath helped global learning teams better use learning data to conduct needs analyses and measure the impact of learning initiatives at a global, fortune 500 travel-booking company.
