I'm an experienced HR practitioner, an ATD Master Trainer ™ and a life-long learner. Currently at Fauji Fertilizer Company I'm working as Head of HR Services and leading our Learning & Development looking after training needs of more than 3000+ employees. I have a strong HR Business Partner experience at our Plant-sites for over 5-years including Generalist duties, HR Operations, Employee Relations as well as working on a variety of Organization Development projects in the areas of Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits.

I believe it is a responsibility to add value not just to the companies we work for but also to our society. What I have learned through personal and professional experiences I have passed on to students in Management courses delivered to BE/BBA level at the prestigious Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute, COMSATS and APCOMS.

I graduated from NUST Business School with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Majors in Human Resource Management. I was a Teaching Assistant with the Head of Human Resources Department and also represented my University on several Forums.
