Abby Oxborough serves as the Director of The Leadership Center at Sugar Lake Lodge, where she helps connect retreat groups with expert facilitators in all aspects of Leadership Development. Abby has a background in Journalism and Marketing, and she is currently getting her M.S. in Experiential Education through the Minnesota State University, Mankato. Abby specializes in facilitating programs with a focus on communication best practices, value assessments, and the benefits of nature and getting outside the office.
