Amy Nelson is a Manufacturing Talent Program Development Specialist at Crown Equipment Corporation. Amy collaborates daily with manufacturing leadership to stay current with training and to determine the future state of training. Based on those discussions, she researches and develops curriculum that helps employees grow within their current position and prepare them for future leadership roles. I firmly believe that a focus on training and development engages employees and motivates them to be their best. Amy has worked at Crown Equipment for eight years as a writer/editor for Marketing Communications and an Instructional Designer in Training. Prior to Crown, Amy worked as an editor for Pearson Publishing in Columbus, Ohio where she edited and developed college textbooks for future teachers.
