My name is Andrew and I'm a learning specialist with over a decade of experience in instructional design, training delivery, change management, and communications. I've designed and facilitated training in over 16 countries across EMEA in five languages. 

I have worked primarily in the financial technology sector in dedicated training and instructional design roles. I currently work for the Walt Disney Company as a Manager, Financial Systems for Training and Communications, where I lead a team of instructional design and communication professionals to support the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of communication and learning artifacts across 40 countries.

In January 2019 I completed my ATD Associate Professional in Talent Development certification, and also hold the ATD Master Instructional Designer designation, and have completed the ATD Certificate in E-Learning Instructional Design and ATD Adobe Captivate certificates. I currently am completing my Doctor of Education in Applied Learning Sciences at the University of Miami.
