People have an increasing number of choices to sort through and need space to think and evaluate what is best for them. When we do not have an observer viewpoint, it is hard to decide what to change, moderate, or expand on. A different perspective on how to approach choices and challenges is crucial. I help people learn to do it effectively and later on their own. I help people change when change is hard.

I use practical self-development tools to expand on personal, professional and relationship skills. My graduate work at Harvard is in applied psychology and coaching science. Measuring tangibles and intangibles benefits of human performance and wellbeing is a challenge. I study results of working on goals and observe outcomes attributed to coaching. This keeps clients' moving forward and improves my professional performance.
