Hello!  Nice to meet you! What do I do, you ask?  Well, remember the last time you were "sent to a training" or had to take a course.  You checked it off your list.  Your manager was satisfied, and if asked what you learned and how you apply that to your work today, you couldn't really say one way or another. I try to shield you from wasting your time in bad learning experiences.  

My passion is around inspiring people to do something different, try something new, or experience something in a new way.  I work to develop innovative solutions for learning, collaboration, and team building that stick for the learner in a way that increases someone's gut, makes what they are learning a habit, builds emotional intelligence and empowers the learner to make a difference!
