This makes her a highly relatable and seasoned consultant who applies keen business acumen to help executives focus on what matters most so they can become their best selves personally and professionally and master the capabilities needed within their organizations to achieve their strategic goals. 

Ann Marie is pursuing a Ph. D. in Organizational & Industrial Psychology (Liberty University, 2023), holds an MBA (University of Phoenix), a BA in Psychology (Boston College), and Associate Coaching Credential (International Coach Federation). Assessment certifications include DiSC, 360 Feedback, and EQ-i 2.0, and Enneagram. She has published extensively in both print and online for YFS Magazine, SalesPro Magazine, the Northern California HR (Human Resources) Association Magazine, and TrainingIndustry.com. She authored The 20 Minute Sales Coach: Improve Sales Performance & Increase Sales in as Little as 20 Minutes a Day, available on Amazon. Ann- Marie facilitates Ken Blanchard management workshops and teaches Coaching Skills for the Association for Training & Development. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Harvard affiliated Institute of Coaching, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. 

Before establishing Partner4Success, Ann Marie held senior leadership roles at GE (General Electric) Healthcare Finance, Comcast, Hewlett-Packard Financial Services, DELL Financial Services, and AT&T Capital Corporation. A native Bostonian, Ann-Marie lives with her family and pets in Sonoma County, California. She enjoys the outdoors, especially running, gardening, and the beach.
