Anne Bartschat is the Vice President of the Northeast Region at Caliper, a human resources consulting firm based in Princeton NJ. Caliper has assessed the leadership, sales, and service potential of more than six million individuals for over 65,000 companies globally.

Anne has more than 20 years of Human Capital Management experience, working closely with Fortune 500 global organizations as well as various mid-size companies, many of which have been in aggressive growth mode organically or through acquisition.  Her experience encompassess various industries including financial services, retail and healthcare to name a few.  Anne has developed relationships with all levels throughout organziations.  Her goal is to help business partners identify, coach, and devleop up-and-coming leaders.  She can help to establish a scalable way to hire, assess, and develop skills most correlated with success.

During her career at Caliper, Anne worked with some of Caliper's largest organizations such as Ken's Foods, Gate Gourmet, Reading Hospital, and Pandora. In all her interactions, her focus has been to build lasting, trusted relationships for the purpose of understanding the corporate culture and business strategy to help align goals with talent strategy.

Prior to joining Caliper in 2007, Anne spent 15 successful years at Ceridian in both sales leadership and account management roles.  Her roles included partnering with banks and large accounting firms to develop and nurture strategic alliances.  She also worked with Fortune 500 and mid-size organizations to help automate HRIS systems globally.

Anne recieved her Bachelor's degree in Communications and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison NJ.  She is a member of the Association of Talent Devleopment (ATD) of New York City, and she also volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America and North West Cap, which helps feed the hungry in loca communities.
