Aubrey Wiete, M.A.

Aubrey Wiete wants to help build a world where innovative ideas, voracious appetites for trivia, and unencumbered naptime rule. As an HR consultant at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, she provides expertise and talent management thought leadership across the enterprise. Wiete is focused on building organizational effectiveness through strategic planning, succession, executive coaching, and leadership development. Previously, she worked at the Human Capital Institute where she was responsible for thought leadership and education courses on analytics for HR, coaching, and change management.

Wiete is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she enjoys nerding out with her family, reading, singing, Scrabble, and presenting locally and nationally at HR forums and conferences.
