With over 18 years and 1000+ workshops of experience as a Trainer, Speaker, he is today the chief architect of BlueSky Learning’s path-breaking work in the space of behavioural skill development using the power of simulation and game-based learning experiences.

Bhaskar is a Founding Member & Senior Advisor at KOACH.AI an AI based virtual executive coaching platform created to democratize coaching and making it available at scale to young managers in organizations.
He is also an Architect and Senior Consultant at NGO Muskaan Foundation (Consulting Arm) that provides vocational training for the intellectually disabled, for whom he has evolved a unique Leadership Program around themes of empathy & vulnerability and its importance for leaders.
Today Bhaskar is driving BlueSky Learning to pioneer several Employee Volunteering initiatives that widen the scope of impact and remove the traditional barriers to adoption of such initiatives by large corporates. BlueSky Learning works with leading organizations ranging from Blue Chip Indian conglomerates and Fortune Listed companies to Start Ups and MSMEs.
Bhaskar is Graduate of Commerce & Business from Madras University, India also a qualified Cost accountant (Grad CWA) (India's equivalent to CIMA) and an MBA from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, India
Bhaskar is a much sought-after speaker, active blogger on LinkedIn and regularly writes for HR communities and journals.
He is a wildlife enthusiast and an amateur bird watcher, who is struggling to find a way to enjoy the wilderness with minimal or no impact. He loves travel of all kinds and believes that it has enriched him in a way few experiences and enjoys that particular aspect of his job.
