Brock Vaughn, CPTD, is the founder and principal of Brock Vaughn & Associates, a learning and development consulting firm based in Greenville, SC. He’s a workforce development expert, having honed his craft over two decades of training leadership roles at Bank of America and Capital One. His experience in the design, development, and delivery of learning spans from interpersonal and leadership skills to technical skills, especially in financial services. Brock focuses on creating and delivering learning solutions that are engaging and eminently practical, leveraging his deep business acumen.

Brock has presented at international and regional conferences and is an award-winning public speaker. A member of the Upstate GIG of Midlands chapter of ATD, he was previously vice president of marketing for ATD–Greater Richmond. He’s earned a BS in finance from Clemson University and an MEd in human resource development from The George Washington University.
