Charmaine Ward is a Training Specialist at the University of Michigan Health System since 2014.  Within her role, she is responsible for design, coordination, facilitation and implementation of training programs.  These programs include new employee orientation, supervisor/manager training and change management efforts.

Charmaine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Cleary University and her Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University.  She is certified as a Change Style Indicator (CSI) facilitator as well as a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA).  She has been a member of ATD since 2014. 

Charmaine’s hobbies include movies, traveling and event planning.
