I have worked for the Colorado Department of State for 12 years.  I am currently an HR/OD Specialist.  Prior to coming to the Colorado Department of State, I worked at Sand Creek Regional Greenway as a project coordinator. I have also served at the following organizations: Columbia University (New York), Stapleton Development Corporation (Denver), Senator Ben Nightorse Campbell's office (Denver and Washington DC), Hunt Alternatives Fund, and Inner City Health Center. 

I have an Ed.D in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University

A Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University

and a BA in Organizational Development from Regis University
