I've been in Learning and Performance for over 15 years. My resume includes companies such as Fidelity Investments, Brinks, Bank of America, Assurant and most recently, Regions Bank. I have spent much of my time on Leadership Development from emerging new managers to upper level Senior Management, each has its' own set of obstacles and achievements. I find it most rewarding when managers come to me with a particular situation that their training helped them to reach a positive outcome.
