Christian Patschkowski
ABOUT ME
Christian is an experienced sales manager and team leader now leading projects regarding employee engagement and people development. His focus is combining operational sales, people development, and leadership experience with the modern learner-centric strategy to support people in growing and reaching great results. Prior to Hilti, Christian worked in the personal consulting company Michael Page, later with Tupperware as a regional sales director, then participated in starting two businesses, one in the online marketing, the other in the food sector.

Christian earned a diploma in international studies at Passau University in Germany, is a certified systemic coach ( German Association of Coaching e.V. DBVC) and a Reserve Officer of the German Army.
