Christina Gibson
ABOUT ME

Christina Gibson has twenty years of experience in the fields of human resources, employee performance, organizational development, education, and project management.  In addition to successfully managing all functions of a human resources department, she coached and trained thousands of professionals, both domestic and international, including employees of General Electric, Boeing, 3M, and Boise-Cascade. She served as the internal consultant for performance improvement and strategic education at Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Corporation for seven years.  As the Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Loudoun Water she managed all facets of the human resource department while successfully implementing a Learning Content Management System (LCMS), the five-year strategic plan, and a corporate succession plan.

 

A specialist in performance improvement, Christina focuses on measurement through helping teams and individuals set and exceed goals that are aligned with corporate vision and future growth.  She provides a broad spectrum of services including strategy and change management consulting, leadership development and coaching, process improvement, project management, and training.  Her successful project management background ensures she meets objectives on-time, within budget, and with outstanding results. 

 

Christina holds a Master’s Degree in Education and earned the SPHR and SCP designations. She served on the board of the Metro DC Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).  She completed ASTD’s Human Performance Improvement Certificate program and received her Six Sigma Green Belt through General Electric. She has been invited to speak on succession planning and sustainable workforce and has been published by ASTD.
