Currently I am an Instructional Designer and Learning and Development team member at Ford Motor Company supporting the IT skill team. In this role, I am responsible for developing and facilitating Welcome to IT, supporting competency development, and developing and reporting metrics. 

Previously, I was with Quicken Loans in 2015 after a few years in a small software start up company. I have a Masters degree in Training and Development from Oakland University with concentrations in both Instructional Design and Organizational Development. I also received my undergraduate degree from Oakland University in Human Resource Development with a minor in Training and Development.
