I am a learning and development professional with over 20 years experience working in Fortune 500/1000 companies and non-profit agencies. I specialize in curriculum design, development, delivery of technical and soft skills training workshops. In addition I have developed and implemented eLearning programs for employee performance appraisal systems and software mastery.

I have created training departments where none existed before, by demonstrating the return on investment and impact of training on employee productivity and growth.

Because training is an integral part of most corporate projects, I have been lead project manager for several business related projects including HRIS conversion and implementation; Customer Relationship Management implementation; Microsoft SharePoint Portal implementation; Learning Management Systems implementation & administration and numerous software upgrade projects.

Providing solutions to business needs by "interpreting" or "translating" current technology to end users of all skill and management levels is a strength.
