After several years in the IT industry, Crystal transitioned to the Learning and Development career field. This provided an opportunity for her to create a unique balance between her love for technology and helping others have their ‘Aha’ moments in learning.  She enjoys designing and consulting, and assisting others in bridging the gaps in creating effective learning with the best use of technology resources. 

She received her Master’s in Computer Information and Resource Management from Webster University, and also holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, University of South Carolina. She enjoys having fun - from great food, shopping, traveling, sports, and spending time with family.
