Currently employed with CenterPoint Energy for the last 11 years. I am an energetic, spirited presenter with 28+ years’ experience. My current job duties include:   

  • Facilitate new hire technical system functionality, policy/procedure and product training with heavy emphasis on Customer Service

  • Use creative approaches in facilitating new hire training class

  • Supervise performance of contact center new hires during initial training period and work in the business line to measure training skill transfer to on-the-job performance

  • Develop additional Customer Service Program for new hire classes

  • Monitor and evaluate CSRs to track results of training, provide feedback and coaching to trainees
