ABOUT ME

Danielle Stewart is a Human Resources consultant with over 10 years’ experience in building and supporting the HR function in large and mid-sized companies. She has a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement, and a demonstrated record of providing exceptional client centered business solutions through partnership with executives and line leaders, in areas such as project management, leadership coaching, and change management. Danielle is skilled in organizational development, policy and procedure, training and development, executive coaching, and has a proven track record in employee relations. 

Danielle is consistently recognized for ability to use robust experience, skills, and business acumen to make company-wide improvements, embed in the business, and operate with a consultative approach, while providing the best in class Human Resources support. Not only does she have strong influential, problem solving, facilitation, coaching, and strategic skills, but she provides expertise and hands on support in areas such as workforce and succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.

Danielle has worked with General Dynamics Information Technology, Northrop Grumman, and L3 Harris technologies. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and received her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University. She currently holds both a PHR, and SHRM-CP, and specializes in agile project management and waste elimination as a certified scrum master, and Six Sigma green belt.
