David Farris is an organizational effectiveness consultant manager with Slalom Consulting. He has more than 20 years of experience working on large, complex projects. David has worked with people strategy and programs as a consultant, military officer, and senior corporate leader. He specializes in strategic organizational effectiveness efforts such as culture, organizational design, and learning.    He earned a master of international management degree from the University of Denver and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. David is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance and Project Management Professional. He is currently serving in the U.S. Navy Reserve as an intelligence officer.
