ABOUT ME


Over the last Thirty Five years David has personally trained or coached over 30,000 business professionals in five countries and hundreds of organisations, including many of the World’s largest and most successful companies.


His enthusiasm for training is equally matched by his expertise in the subjects he specializes in: customer service, management, sales process improvement, business development and personal wellbeing.

He has had many senior and challenging roles, most recently working with one of London’s leading  train operating companies, developing and delivering a customer service and management programme to its entire workforce of over a 1,000 people.

He know consults, advises and delivers training on customer service strategies and organisation development as well as working with staff with depression anxiety, bereavement and stress.
