Diaa is a Learning and Development Practitioner with combination of experience in talent development, organization development, and human resources management. His mission is to help organizations to seamlessly transform their tacit capacities into performance with a real impact and remunerative return that are capitalized and optimized to meet today's inevitable transformation needs.
In addition to his consulting and voluntary activities at different entities, Diaa's current position is Corporate Learning and Development Manager at Ezz Steel, a pioneer steel manufacturing group in the Middle East, where he productively manages and boosts Corporate Learning and Development projects, activities and programs.
Diaa got his Master of Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands with distinction, the topic of his thesis is Assessing the Extent of Adoption of Learning Organization Dimension in 2017. He also earned the designation as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance CPLP from Association for Talent Development ATD. Moreover, he is a Certified KPI Professional (C-KPI) from KPI Institute, Certified ROI Professional (CRP) from ROI Institute and Certified Competency Designer from SHL.
