Enokponi Iniworikabo
ABOUT ME
Enokponi is the managing consultant of Skills Dynamics Services. She is a customer service consultant and certified customer service trainer with Service Quality Institute in Minneapolis, and an accredited management trainer by the Center for Management Development. Enokponi is particularly skilled in the improvement of customer service delivery and personnel attitudes in the workplace. Previously, Enokponi was a senior manager of training and development and the head of business development at the Financial Institutions Training Centre. She has designed and facilitated training for various levels in organizations. She delivers training in more than 15 different topics related to customer services and other soft skills to more than 3,000 participants.
