I've been in the Learning & Development industry for 8 years, and spent the majority of my career to date as a client-facing project manager and instructional designer focused on delivering leadership development and culture change training to professional services firms, retail, and other industries. Two years ago I made the shift to being the Tech Learning & Growth Manager at Xandr, an advertising technology company. I now work internally with our engineers, operations, product, and customer success teams, enabling and empowering individual contributors, managers, and leaders to continuously learn and grow in their careers. I develop the learning strategy for our employees and specialize in curating resources and learning experiences, as well as designing training to help our employees choose their own learning path to meet their goals. I strive to build a culture of continuous learning and collaboration where employees feel empowered to share their knowledge and grow their skillset.
