Erin Higgenbotham
ABOUT ME
Erin Higgenbotham is an instructional designer with the Technical Training division within Domino’s (Pizza) in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Before joining Domino’s, she served as an instructional designer within the Technical Development Center of Honda of America Manufacturing, located in Marysville, Ohio.

In other previous positions, Higgenbotham worked at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, developing e-learning, web-based synchronous, asynchronous training, instructor led-training focused on automation, protection relays, and protection systems. She has also worked at the Online Computer Library Center, where she developed and facilitated blended technical training for EMEA and domestic audiences. Higgenbotham aims to create learning experiences that are relevant, applicable, engaging, and effective for learners. Her educational background includes international experience studying at Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, and a master’s degree in Japanese linguistics, with a focus in curriculum development for bilingual learners from the University of Arizona. She acquired a M.Ed. in instructional design and technology from Kent State University.
