Erin joined HCA Healthcare as a Program Coordinator on the Leadership and Organizational Development team in September 2016. She joined the Corporate HR team as the Onboarding and Talent Program Manager in June 2019, responsible for onboarding, orientation, and development initiatives for HR colleagues.

Erin began her career in the financial services industry and in 2012 moved to the tech industry where she discovered her love for learning and organizational development. Erin graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology in May 2016 and plans to obtain her master’s degree.

Erin is originally from Kansas, but has lived in Nashville for over a decade. In her spare time, she enjoys spending her time volunteering at a summer camp for foster children and spending time with her husband, Amin and their five dogs: Buddy, Bagel, Chloe, Max, and Dorothy.
