I have spent 12 years in retailing from stores to merchandising learning customer service; which to me is paying attention to the details and making people feel seen and heard. My husband lead me to AV, and I have spent the past 6 years learning the industry and growing the Learning & Development department. I have executed multiple projects and look forward to continuing to explore and understand the needs and culture of a company so that I can design an approach that will serve people. I bring a fearless energy, and a can do attitude.
