My name is Fernando Cofani, I am from Brazil, I have been working at Schaeffler for 25 years. This is my first job! I worked for around  14 years in Industrial Maintenance Department, due my specialization in Automation in 2006 I started to teach on the Technical School where I studied my apprenticeship program until 2013, in 2007 I apply for a Specialist training position in Brazil and started work in Training and Development Department with technical trainings, after this time I had oportunity to work with production people, apprenticeship program and leadership. Currently I am responsible for Technical Trainings and Apprenticeship Program in Fort Mill campus.
