ABOUT ME

Francine Carter has always been a teacher, care giver, confidant, and performer. She loves a combination of story, humor, partially filtered delivery along with practical action steps.

She founded her company, Action Coaching & Training, LLC in January 2003.  This vision is to provide services and resources to ACTivate your truth (name it) and be transparent (claim it) igniting transformation in reaching your potential.   

The mission of ACT, LLC is active partnering with individuals & organizations exploring, energizing, engaging, enhancing and embracing the strengths & talents leading to true potential.  She uses a combination of learned knowledge, life experience, and humor while training & coaching her clients. Her podcast, Simply Complex™: Get Over It will make its debut in April 2017. It focuses on the simple things we tend to complicate and the complicated things we really can simplify.

She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Indianapolis School of Social Work.

Francine resides in Danville, Indiana with Jon, her husband of over 29 years. They have two young adult daughters.
