Hello, I am an Instructional Designer at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I created regulatory research courses for almost 12 years before returning to the HR side to work with compliance courses. I have an assistant who does the regulatory research courses now. We were using Lectora as our course developmental software in HealthStream (LMS). However, we switched to Articulate 360 in 2018. We love it. 

I love my ID job - always have. I have learned so much from rodent surgery to effort reporting to UAB retirement packages and FLSA. One of my bosses jokingly told someone I was the most "trained" person at UAB since I have to learn all my content first so that I can take my SMEs 157 PowerPoint slideshow and turn it into an enjoyable shorter online course. 

I am a lifelong learner and a prolific reader.
