Gail Cullen has been teaching in higher education since 2002. Dr. Cullen brings 20-years of successful business leadership and management experience to the classroom and has been a Program Chair, Director of Academic Affairs, and a Training Consultant for high-performance self-directed teaming. She has training experience in both commercial and academic settings. She has a B.A. in Communications, an M.A. in Organizational Management, a Post-Masters Certificate in Knowledge Management, and a D.M. in Higher Education Teaching and Learning. Previously she worked with a team developing innovative professional development to assist faculty with meeting the educational needs of a diverse 21st Century student population. She worked as an Instructional Designer for soft skills training in a corporate environment of technical employees. Currently returned to education in the Learning and Teaching Center at Northwest Missouri State University.
